Discrimination of any kind, including racism, sexism, homophobia, or transphobia, as well as any form of intimidation, harassment, or violence, will not be tolerated at our events. If we observe any such behavior, our staff will promptly remove the individuals responsible.

Safe Environment

If you ever feel unsafe or uncomfortable, please reach out to our Overdwars support or speak to a door host who can assist you discreetly. We prioritize creating a safe space for everyone. Take care of yourself and look out for others.

NO Flash Photography

Live in the moment. Flash photography and excessive filming are not permitted. Our staff may kindly remind you to limit filming or photography. Please be considerate and refrain from filming others without their consent.

Anonymity

While anonymity is valued, please be aware that we have professional photographers capturing content for marketing purposes. By attending our events, you consent to this. If you wish to remove any online material featuring yourself, please contact us at info@overdwars.nl, and we will address it promptly. Rest assured, we screen all content before publishing.

Dress Code

Light-emitting clothing or accessories are prohibited. Our staff reserves the right to confiscate such items and may escort you out if the issue persists.

Respect the DJ booth

Avoid hanging over the DJ booth, filming, or taking flash photography. Refrain from disturbing the DJs during their performance and avoid placing drinks on the booth to prevent equipment damage.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Designated smoking areas are provided.

Age requirements

The minimum age for our events is typically 18 years old, but please review event announcements for specific details. IDs will be checked upon entry, but we do not cross-check ticket names with IDs.

Drug policy

Security will conduct searches upon entry. No liquids are permitted, and attendees may only bring up to 2 grams of marijuana (no pre-rolled joints). Hard drugs and driving under the influence are strictly prohibited.

Cameras

Only personal-use phones for photos and videos are allowed. Professional cameras and equipment from third parties are not permitted. Violations may result in removal from the venue.

Medication

Bringing medication is allowed, and painkillers will be available at the paramedic post.

Flyering

Promotional materials cannot be distributed without written permission.
